Deluxe rooms are more modern and are located in the rear part of the complex, near the swimming pool, and offer guests a view of the garden.

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

Between April and December, increased occurrences of seagrass and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded during this time. This may impact the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight level of noise.
