The spacious and sprawling complex with 446 rooms is part of a complex with the hotels Iberostar Paraiso del Mar, Iberostar Paraiso Maya, and Iberostar Paraiso Beach. Guests can enjoy the comfort and facilities of all resorts. For culinary delights, there is the main restaurant, 5 à la carte restaurants (reservations required, subject to availability - American Grill, Lemon & Spice, Greek, Mediterranean, Italian, and Steakhouse), and 6 bars. In the extensive, beautifully landscaped garden, there is a fantastic pool area with a wave pool, activity pool, relaxation pool, children's water park with slides (for guests 1.20m and taller), and sun terraces. Additionally, the complex features an ice cream parlor, crêperie, fitness room, spa, hairdresser, shopping center, and two discotheques (adult and teen discos). Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the lobby.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Features the Winnow system for reducing food waste, 3R equipment for waste management in hotels, and installed drinking water fountains.
We have two coral nurseries in front of the complex where we work with our scientific team to restore coral reefs.
Together with the community where the Paraíso complex is located, we monitor the hotel beaches for turtle nests, which are then relocated to camps set up for this activity.
We maintain mangrove areas in our Paraíso complex, which help protect our coasts and hotels from storms and hurricanes.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are frequently observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
