The complex with 432 rooms is located in a complex with the hotels Iberostar Paraiso del Mar, Iberostar Paraiso Lindo and Iberostar Paraiso Beach. Guests can enjoy the comfort and facilities of all complexes. The main restaurant, 9 à la carte restaurants (subject to availability), 7 bars and StarCafe cater to your culinary needs. The extensive, beautifully landscaped garden area features a fantastic pool landscape with a wave pool, activity pool, lazy river, children's water park with slides (from 1.20m), water park and sun terraces. The complex also has a spa, a shopping center and a nightclub.

Junior Suites

The beautiful rooms are equipped with bath/WC, whirlpool, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone, WI-FI, minibar, safe, iron/ironing board and balcony or terrace (JS2/JS1). Also bookable as a bargain room (limited quota). Also bookable with a pool view (NPS). Also bookable as a Junior Suite Tropical View (JST).

Junior Suite Near Beach

The rooms have identical amenities, but a better location within the complex (JNB).

One Bedroom Star Family

The family suites have the same amenities, are more spacious, and have a visually separated area (JFA).

Junior Suite Family Two Bedroom

With the same amenities, these suites are even more spacious and have 2 balconies and 2 connecting rooms and are located near the Aquatic Park (TFJ).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With a 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults occupancy, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Sports included

Kayaking, catamaran, windsurfing, trial diving in the pool (1x per stay), fitness room, aerobics, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, bike tours (all subject to availability) and group tennis lessons (for a fee).

Features the Winnow system for reducing food waste, 3R devices for
waste management in hotels, and installed drinking water fountains.
We have two coral nurseries in front of the complex where we are working with our
scientific team to restore the coral reefs.
Together with the community in which the Paraíso complex is located, we monitor the
hotel beaches for turtle nests, which are then relocated to camps set up for this
activity.
We maintain mangrove areas in our Paraíso complex, which help protect our coasts
and hotels from storms and hurricanes.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is often recorded in the Caribbean during this period. The beach and sea are affected by this. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight background noise.
