The complex with 432 rooms is part of a complex with the Iberostar Paraiso del Mar, Iberostar Paraiso Lindo, and Iberostar Paraiso Beach hotels. Guests can enjoy the comfort and facilities of all complexes. Dining options include the main restaurant, 9 à la carte restaurants (subject to availability), 7 bars, and StarCafe. The expansive, beautifully landscaped gardens feature a fantastic pool area with a wave pool, activity pool, lazy river, children's water park with slides (for guests 1.20m and taller), water park, and sun terraces. Additionally, the complex offers a spa, a shopping arcade, and a nightclub.

The beautiful rooms are equipped with a bath/WC, whirlpool, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone, WI-FI, minibar, safe, iron/ironing board, and a balcony or terrace (JS2/JS1). The rooms have identical amenities but a better location within the complex (JNB).

One Bedroom Star Family

The family suites have the same amenities, are more spacious, and feature a visually separated area (JFA).

Junior Suite Family Two Bedroom

With the same amenities, these suites are even more spacious and feature 2 balconies and 2 interconnected rooms, located near the Aquatic Park (TFJ).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Features the Winnow system for reducing food waste, 3R equipment for
waste management in the hotels, and installed drinking water fountains.
We have two coral nursery sites in front of the complex where we work with our
scientific team to restore the coral reefs.
Together with the community where the Paraíso complex is located, we monitor the
hotel beaches for turtle nests, which are then relocated to camps set up for this
activity.
We maintain mangrove areas in our Paraíso complex, which help protect our coasts
and hotels from storms and hurricanes.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transportation, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are frequently found in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. Hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
