At Iberostar Grand Paraíso, guests receive refilled bottles directly as there are no public drinking fountains.

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea.
