The 5-star resort is built in a Caribbean-Mexican style. It has 502 suites and spoils its guests with the Unlimited-Luxury® concept. The tastefully furnished rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, king-size bed or two double beds, safe, Nespresso machine, minibar (daily replenished with beer, water, and soft drinks), bathrobe and slippers, as well as a separate living area with a sofa bed, and a furnished terrace with a whirlpool (J2P/J1P). Also bookable with garden view (JGB/JGS), partial sea view (JS2) or ocean view (JOV).

Preferred Club Junior Suite Oceanview

Smoking Ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transportation, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often observed during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause some noise.
