The 5-star resort is built in a Caribbean-Mexican style. It has 502 suites and pampers its guests with the Unlimited-Luxury® concept. For the culinary well-being of the guests, there is a buffet restaurant, 6 à la carte restaurants (Seafood, Asian, International, Mexican, Mediterranean, Brazilian, and Grill), a café with snacks, a grill restaurant, and 13 bars (2 exclusive for Preferred Club guests), as well as 24-hour room service. The centerpiece is the beautifully landscaped pool area (an infinity pool, an oceanview pool, a children's pool, 5 whirlpools, a water park, and a lazy river (for Preferred Club guests)) with a sun terrace and swim-up bar, located directly on the beach with a fantastic view of the sea.

Junior Suite Pool View

The tastefully furnished rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, king-size bed or two double beds, safe, Nespresso machine, minibar (daily replenished with beer, water, and soft drinks), bathrobe and slippers, and a separate living area with a sofa bed, a furnished terrace with a whirlpool (J2P/J1P). Also bookable with garden view (JGB/JGS), side sea view (JS2) or ocean view (JOV).

Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View

As a result, every user of a hotel room in Mexico is obliged to pay a state fee in cash at the hotel, similar to a tourist tax.
**************************************As of April 1, 2021, a tourism tax has been implemented and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican Pesos or approx. 11 US dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
