Location

This adults-only hotel is located directly on the kilometers-long, white sandy beach of Playa Maroma. It is considered one of the most beautiful beaches on the Riviera Maya. Transfer time from the airport: approx. 30 minutes. Playa del Carmen is approx. 20 minutes away.

Facilities

The award-winning romantic resort features 412 rooms, one buffet restaurant, 6 à-la-carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, French, Mexican, steakhouse, and seafood specialties), 7 bars, and a shopping arcade. In the expansive garden area, there are 2 large swimming pools and 2 whirlpools that invite you to relax. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels are included at the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are approx. 55 m² in size and feature modern decor with one king-size or two queen-size beds and a seating area, whirlpool tub/shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (free of charge), CD and DVD player, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar, coffee maker, safe, and balcony. Available with side sea view, direct sea view, or as a Junior Suite Swim Out (available only on request from November 2021) at an additional cost.

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae is frequently seen in the Caribbean during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local municipal authorities. However, the use of appropriate machinery is required for this, which may cause a slight noise level.
