The hotel is located on a fine sandy beach, right by a reef off the coast. Cancun is approx. 49 km to the north, and Playa del Carmen is approx. 19 km away. The transfer from Cancun airport takes about 30 minutes.

The international resort features a total of 404 rooms spread across several 2 and 3-story buildings. In addition to 4 bars, a snack grill (open from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm), a buffet restaurant, and 6 à-la-carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, and the BLoved restaurant for Privileged guests), the hotel offers a swimming pool with a swim-up bar. It also features a disco and various shops.

Effective immediately, hotels in Mexico will gradually introduce an "Eco-Tax".
As a result, every guest staying in a hotel room in Mexico is required to pay a local state tax in cash at the hotel, similar to a tourist tax.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased appearance of brown algae in the Caribbean during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some minor noise.
