Location

The hotel is located on a fine sandy beach, on a reef off the coast. Cancun is about 49 km to the north, Playa del Carmen is about 19 km away. The transfer from Cancun airport takes about 30 minutes.

The international complex has a total of 404 rooms, spread across several 2- and 3-story buildings, offering its guests 4 bars, a snack grill (open from 11 am to 5:30 pm), a buffet restaurant, 6 à la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, Mexican, Spanish and BLoved Restaurant for Privileged guests), a swimming pool with a swim-up bar. It also has a disco and various shops.

For stays between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
