The hotel is situated on a fine sandy beach, right by a reef off the coast. Cancun is located approx. 49 km to the north, and Playa del Carmen is approx. 19 km away. The transfer from Cancun airport takes approx. 30 minutes.

The international complex comprises a total of 404 rooms spread across several 2- and 3-story buildings. It offers guests 4 bars, a snack grill (open from 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM), a buffet restaurant, 6 à-la-carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, and the BLoved restaurant for Privileged guests), and a swimming pool with a swim-up bar. Additionally, it features a disco and various shops.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, a frequent increase in brown algae in the Caribbean can be observed. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is required for this, which may cause a slight background noise.
