Location

The resort is located directly on the beach on the Riviera Maya, near Puerto Morelos. It is approximately a 35-minute drive from Cancun International Airport and about 30 minutes from Playa del Carmen.

The adults-only resort offers 480 luxurious suites. The heart of the property is the spacious lobby with stylish seating areas. In addition to several freshwater pools, a natural saltwater pool invites guests to enjoy a particularly refreshing swimming experience. The offerings are complemented by swim-up pools and quiet retreats for relaxation. Culinary options are provided by several restaurants serving international cuisine and à-la-carte concepts, complemented by various bars in the lobby, by the pool, and on the beach. The resort also offers an entertainment program, a fitness center, and a spa area with wellness and beauty treatments. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included on the beach and by the pool. Wi-Fi is also included throughout the resort.

The junior suites feature 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, a bathroom with a hot tub, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a minibar restocked daily (water, soft drinks, beer), as well as a coffee/tea set. Furthermore, they offer bathrobes, a safe, an iron and ironing board, and a furnished terrace or balcony (LJS). Also available for an extra charge as a Swim-up Junior Suite with direct access to the lazy river (SUJ).

Beachfront Junior Suite

The suites are located just a few steps from the beach and are furnished with dark wood furniture and a king-size bed. The bathroom offers a hot tub, double vanity, modern amenities, and a hairdryer. Additional equipment includes air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a minibar restocked daily (water, soft drinks, beer), coffee/tea set, iron, ironing board, safe, and a furnished balcony or terrace (JB2). Also available for an extra charge as a Beachfront Swim-up Junior Suite with direct pool access (JBS).

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations may be punishable by fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This, however, requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise level.
