Location

The hotel boasts a privileged location right in the center, just a few steps from the famous pedestrian zone (5th Avenue) of Playa del Carmen and 250 m from the sandy beach. Cancun Airport is approx. 57 km away.

Facilities

The small, cozy hotel has 91 rooms spread over 3 floors, a small reception area, a restaurant with breakfast service/bar, and a tropical garden with a small pool, sun loungers, and a pool bar. Towels available at the hotel.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Information

When staying between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is often recorded in the Caribbean during this period. The beach and sea are affected by this. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
