The hotel is characterized by its privileged location, right in the center, just a few steps from the famous pedestrian street (5th Avenue) of Playa del Carmen and 250 m from the sandy beach. Cancun Airport is approx. 57 km away.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Note

Between April and December, an increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local councils. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates a slight background noise.
