Location

The hotel is located on the southwest coast of the island of Cozumel. The transfer time from Cancun Airport by bus and ferry is approx. 2 hours. The small town of San Miguel de Cozumel is about 17 km away.

The modern and luxurious hotel features 45 bungalows with 293 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with a reception, a currency exchange, and a souvenir shop. The tropical outdoor area houses the freshwater swimming pool landscapes with a children's pool, a sun terrace, and loungers. We have a coral nursery in front of the complex where we are working with our scientific team to restore the coral reefs.

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, increased occurrences of seagrass and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, a frequent increase in brown algae in the Caribbean is recorded during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This, however, requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise level.
