Location

The hotel is located on the southwest coast of Cozumel Island. The transfer time from Cancun Airport by bus and ferry is approximately 2 hours. The small town of San Miguel de Cozumel is about 17 km away.

The modern and luxurious hotel has 45 bungalows with 293 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk, a currency exchange, and a souvenir shop. The tropical landscaped outdoor area features freshwater swimming pool areas with a children's pool, sun terrace, and loungers. The gastronomic offerings include 2 buffet restaurants, 3 specialty restaurants, a Cantina snack bar, and 4 bars. Come and indulge and let yourself be pampered. Additionally, loungers and beach towels are available free of charge.

Premium Room

The rooms are furnished in Caribbean style and feature a shower, toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe (included), cable TV (Deutsche Welle), telephone, free Wi-Fi, minibar (included), coffee machine, and a balcony or terrace with a hammock (PR1/PR2). Also bookable as Premium Tropical View with garden view (PTZ/PTE).

With the same amenities, the suites additionally feature a sofa bed, an open living area, and a balcony with a hammock (S2).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). If booked for 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal Information

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased amount of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. The beach and sea are affected by this. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
