The hotel, newly opened in winter 2019, is located directly on the spacious, gently sloping sandy beach. Cancun Airport is approx. 20 minutes away by car. Playa del Carmen, with its numerous entertainment and shopping facilities, is approx. 47km away.

The resort has 553 modern junior suites and suites, a reception area with a lounge and comfortable seating. Culinary delights are provided by a total of 8 restaurants (Barefoot Grill, Bluewater Grill, Buffet restaurant, Italian, Seafood, French, Asian and Mexican), an ice cream parlor, a café (coffee, tea and snacks), 6 bars (Lobby bar, Pool bar, Beach bar, Sports bar and Disco, Swim-up bar, Theater bar).
