Secrets The Vine is exclusively for adults and features 497 modern rooms, all offering a great view. The hotel's gastronomic offerings include 6 restaurants, a grill, and a café. You can enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere at one of the 7 bars. Furthermore, the hotel offers 3 outdoor pools (rooftop pool exclusively for Preferred Club guests) and a gym with a sea view. Zusatzhinweis

Effective immediately, hotels in Mexico will gradually introduce an "Eco-Tax".
As a result, every hotel guest in Mexico is required to pay a local tax to the state in cash at the hotel.

As of April 1, 2021, a tourism tax has been put into effect and is currently a one-time payment of 224 Mexican pesos or approx. 11 US dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can also be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is recommended to carry the exact amount in Mexican pesos or US dollars.

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded during this time. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which creates a slight noise level.
