This newly built, 13-story adults-only hotel is part of the entire Iberostar Selection Cancun complex and is situated directly on the beach. The hotel features 156 luxurious suites exclusively for adults, guaranteeing a unique experience with first-class service, inclusive amenities, VIP facilities, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. All facilities, restaurants, and bars of the Iberostar Selection Cancun can be used without restrictions. Exclusively for guests of the Coral Level at Iberostar Selection Cancun, the hotel also offers an outdoor pool, 3 bars (swim-up bar, lobby bar, snack bar), and a private beach area with Balinese beds and sun loungers. The spacious (approx. 64 sqm) suites feature two double beds or one king-size bed, a balcony with a whirlpool and sea view, a bathroom with shower/WC, Smart TV with home cinema sound, air conditioning, coffee machine, and a minibar (daily refill with premium drinks) (2JO). From 01.11.2023, also bookable as Junior Suite Roof Top Ocean Front (RTO).

With the same amenities, these rooms are located on the upper floors (2NJ). From 01.11.2023, bookable as Junior Suite Ocean Front Panoramic (Y2U).

The spacious (approx. 103 sqm) corner rooms have the same amenities but are distinguished by their spectacular, large wrap-around balcony with a whirlpool and sea view. The rooms also feature a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub (C2O).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

A tourism tax came into effect on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican Pesos or approx. 11 US Dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transportation, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause some noise.
