This newly built, 13-story adults-only hotel is part of the overall Iberostar Selection Cancun complex and is situated directly on the beach. The hotel features 156 luxurious suites exclusively for adults, offering a unique experience with first-class service, inclusive amenities, VIP facilities, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. All facilities, restaurants, and bars of Iberostar Selection Cancun can be used without restrictions. Specifically for guests of Coral Level at Iberostar Selection Cancun, the hotel also offers an outdoor pool, 3 bars (swim-up, lobby, snack bar), and a private beach section with Balinese beds and sun loungers. In the exclusive restaurant, you can indulge in a buffet breakfast and lunch, and à la carte dining in the evening.

The spacious (approx. 64 sqm) suites feature two double beds or one king-size bed, a balcony with a whirlpool and sea view, a bathroom with shower/WC, Smart TV with home cinema sound system, air conditioning, coffee machine, and a minibar (daily replenished with premium drinks) (2JO). From November 1, 2023, also bookable as Junior Suite Roof Top Ocean Front (RTO).

With the same amenities, these rooms are located on the upper floors (2NJ). From November 1, 2023, bookable as Junior Suite Ocean Front Panoramic (Y2U).

The expansive (approx. 103 sqm) corner rooms have the same amenities but are distinguished by their spectacular, large wrap-around balcony with a whirlpool and sea view. Additionally, the rooms feature a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub (C2O).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For bookings with 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning the occupancy is 2 persons per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

From now on, hotels in Mexico will introduce an "Eco-Tax". This requires every hotel room user in Mexico to pay a fee to the state locally at the hotel, similar to a tourist tax.

A tourism tax came into effect on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican Pesos or approximately 11 US Dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Alternatively, the tax can be paid in cash upon arrival at the airport. It is advisable to carry the exact amount in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transportation, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may generate some noise.
