The newly built 13-story adults-only hotel is part of the Iberostar Selection Cancun complex and is situated in a prime beachfront location. The spacious (approx. 64 m²) suites feature two double beds or one king-size bed, a balcony with a whirlpool and sea view, a bathroom with shower/WC, Smart TV with home cinema sound, air conditioning, coffee machine, and minibar (daily restocking with premium drinks) (2JO/QT2). From Nov 1, 2023, also bookable as a Junior Suite Roof Top Ocean Front (RTO).

The expansive (approx. 103 m²) corner rooms feature the same amenities but are distinguished by their spectacular, large wrap-around balcony with a whirlpool and sea view. In addition, the rooms feature a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub (C2O).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room; this means occupancy: 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations may be punishable by fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, a frequent increase in sargassum (brown algae) in the Caribbean is often recorded during this time. The beach and sea are affected by this. Hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making every effort to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is necessary for this, which results in a slight noise level.
