Location

The Iberostar Holguin Hotel is located in Playa Pesquero, approximately 15 km from the tourist resort of Guardalavaca and 53 km from Holguin Airport.

Facilities

The complex consists of 6 buildings with 3 floors each, offering 576 rooms. The hotel features a lobby with a reception, a buffet restaurant (with show cooking), 4 à la carte restaurants, a Ranchón restaurant, and a pool area with a pool bar and breakfast seating (available for guests aged 16 and over). The spacious garden area includes 3 swimming pools and a children's pool with a water park. Sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the beach and by the pool. Additionally, there is a souvenir shop and a hairdresser.

Double room

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 42 m²) feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, TV, iron/ironing board, safe, air conditioning, mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (D/DE). Rooms with sea view are also available at an additional charge (DM/DEM). Limited availability Type A rooms are bookable at a special price (AME/DMA).

Double room Splash

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and are located near the water park (HD2).

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms (approx. 84 m²) consist of two bedrooms with an connecting door (DF2).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For a double occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

All meals served buffet-style, with show cooking during lunch and dinner. Dinner is available à la carte in the specialty restaurants (international, Japanese, Mediterranean, gourmet).
