Location

The Iberostar Holguin Hotel is located in Playa Pesquero, approx. 15 km from the tourist resort of Guardalavaca and 53 km from Holguin Airport.

Facilities

The complex consists of 6 buildings, each 3 stories high, with 576 rooms. The hotel has a lobby with reception, a buffet restaurant (with show cooking), 4 à la carte restaurants, a ranchón restaurant, a pool area including a pool bar and breakfast area (bookable for guests 16 years and older). The extensive garden area features 3 pools and a children's pool with a water park. Sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas are included at the beach and pool. There is also a souvenir shop and a hairdresser.

Double Room

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 42 sqm) have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, TV, iron/ironing board, safe, air conditioning, mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (D/DE). Rooms with sea view can also be booked for an additional charge (DM/DEM). Type A rooms are also available as a limited contingent at a special price (AME/DMA).

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms and are located near the water park (HD2).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms (approx. 84 sqm) consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door (DF2).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two Queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children or 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning the occupancy is 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!
