The spacious and luxurious hotel complex is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Runaway Bay. There are various shopping facilities in the surrounding area, and the town center is reachable after 25 kilometers. The airport is about 69 kilometers away.

The seven-story beachfront hotel offers 523 rooms and a variety of amenities for a comfortable stay. It features a reception, a lobby with a bar, air conditioning, a free safe, a shop, a disco, a theater, free parking, and currency exchange services.
Five air-conditioned restaurants cater to your culinary needs, while guests can enjoy a cozy evening in one of the three bars. The hotel also offers extensive leisure facilities, including three swimming pools, four integrated whirlpools, and a swim-up bar for refreshments right by the pool.
On the sun terrace, guests will find a solarium with sunshades and loungers, as well as towel service and a pool and beach waiter service. The fitness studio and the spa offer relaxation and rejuvenation for body and mind.

Junior Suite Deluxe

The junior suites feature a hydro-massage bathtub or shower, separate toilet, a king-size bed or 2 double beds, seating area, sofa bed, and balcony or terrace. The rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, a safe, TV with international channels, fan, telephone, hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers. Additionally, a pillow menu (on request) and turndown service (J2D/J1D) are available. Optionally, they can also be booked with sea view (JDT) or as Ocean Front (JDM).

Breakfast (7-10:30 AM), lunch (1-3:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-10:30 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant "Jazmin." National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the open bar from 6 AM to midnight. Snacks are served at the Las Olas Restaurant from 8 AM to 10 AM and from 12 PM to 6 PM in the outdoor area. For a special dining experience, guests can enjoy à la carte restaurants: Takara (Asian), Picasso (Mediterranean), and Rodizio (Brazilian), all open from 6 PM to 9:30 PM.
Appropriate footwear and a cover-up or shirt are required for dinner in the buffet restaurant. Semi-formal attire is required in the à la carte restaurants. Reservations are necessary and subject to availability.
