Location

The spacious and luxurious hotel complex is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Runaway Bay. There are various shopping opportunities in the surrounding area, and the town center is 25 kilometers away. The airport is approximately 69 kilometers away.

The seven-story beach hotel has 523 rooms and offers a variety of amenities for a comfortable stay. There is a reception, a lobby with a bar, air conditioning, a free safe, a shop, a nightclub, a theater, free parking, and currency exchange services.
Culinary needs are catered to by five air-conditioned restaurants, while guests can enjoy the evening in a cozy atmosphere at three bars. The hotel also offers extensive leisure options, including three pools, four integrated whirlpools, and a swim-up bar that provides refreshments right by the pool.
On the sun terrace, guests will find a solarium with parasols and sun loungers, as well as a towel service and pool and beach waiter service. The gym and spa offer relaxation and recovery for body and mind.

Junior Suite Deluxe

The junior suites feature a hydromassage bathtub or shower, separate toilet, one king-size bed or 2 double beds, seating areas, a sofa bed, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are also equipped with air conditioning, a safe, TV with international channels, a ceiling fan, telephone, hairdryer, bathrobes, and slippers. Additionally, a pillow menu (on request) and turndown service (J2D/J1D) are available. Optionally bookable with sea view (JDT) or as Ocean Front (JDM).

Breakfast (7:00–10:30 AM), lunch (1:00–3:30 PM), and dinner (6:30–10:30 PM) buffet-style at the main restaurant "Jazmin". National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the respective open bars from 6:00 AM to midnight. Snacks are available at the Las Olas restaurant from 8:00 to 10:00 AM and from 12:00 to 6:00 PM in the outdoor area. For a special experience, guests can dine in the à-la-carte restaurants: Takara (Asian), Picasso (Mediterranean), and Rodizio (Brazilian), each from 6:00 to 9:30 PM.
Appropriate footwear and a cover-up or shirt are required for dinner at the buffet restaurant. Semi-formal attire is required in the à-la-carte restaurants. A reservation is required and subject to availability.
