Location

The hotel is located on the east coast of the Dominican Republic directly on the long, fine sandy beach of Playa Macao. It is approx. 35 minutes to Punta Cana Airport and approx. 75 minutes to La Romana Airport.

The modern resort has 500 rooms in three-story buildings and offers its guests a highly comfortable stay. Culinary variations are offered by the various restaurants: a main buffet restaurant, beach restaurant, 6 à la carte restaurants (e.g. Italian, Asian, French (Adults-Only), Mexican and seafood specialties, no reservation required) as well as a food truck. The spacious sun deck, which also has shaded areas, offers relaxation. Furthermore, the hotel has 7 bars (1 for Preferred Club guests), a café and a small shopping arcade with various shops.

Junior Suite Tropical View

The tastefully furnished rooms have a bath/shower, toilet, hairdryer, king-size bed or two double beds, wardrobe, furnished terrace or balcony, cable TV, individually regulated air conditioning, direct dial telephone, telephone connection in the bathroom, coffee/tea maker, safe, steamer, minibar (stocked daily with soft drinks, water, juice and beer). Rooms with pool view, partial sea view or direct sea view are also available at an extra charge.

Preferred Club JS Tropical View

With the same amenities, the rooms are located in the Preferred Club area and offer: personalized check-in and check-out, special concierge service, exclusive lounge/bar, extended minibar, pillow menu, as well as a private beach area and swimming pool. Available with sea view at an extra charge.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Sports and other activities are organized by the animation team in the teen's sports area.
