Location

Located directly on the kilometer-long fine sandy beach of Playa Bavaro in Arena Gorda.
Punta Cana International Airport is approx. 25 km away. Santo Domingo can be reached in approx. 2 hours by car.

Facilities

Opened in December 2016, this luxury resort consists of a total of 510 accommodation units, spread across 5 adults-only and 2 family buildings. Within the garden complex, there are a total of 12 swimming pools, 4 of which have swim-up bars, and 5 whirlpools. Numerous Bali beds and sun loungers invite you to relax in the beautifully landscaped gardens. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are also available free of charge on the beach. For culinary delights, there are 2 buffet and 6 à la carte restaurants. One restaurant is open 24 hours a day. Additionally, there are 11 bars (three additional bars for the Mirage Club), a coffee bar with snacks, a 24-hour sports bar, and a disco. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

Suite

The elegantly furnished suites are equipped with 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, plasma TV with satellite reception, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, minibar with daily refill, safe, and a balcony with a whirlpool. The rooms are located on the 2nd to 4th floors and offer pool views.

Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the suites, these are located on the ground floor and feature a small garden with a Bali bed and direct access to the pool.

Suite Type A (Mirage Club)

These rooms are bookable for guests aged 18 and over and have the same amenities as the suites.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation! Additional single beds can only be booked upon request and subject to availability.

Seasonal Note

During stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
