At Hokkaido, you can enjoy Japanese cuisine (for a fee), and Rosso serves Italian dishes. Equipped as the Deluxe Double rooms but more spacious, with an additional private lounge for check-in and check-out, exclusive transport to the private beach, two exclusive Riviera restaurants, an exclusive pool with sun terrace and Bali beds, an exclusive beach area, exclusive access to the water park one hour before regular opening, turndown service, lounge with sofa bed, bathrobes and slippers, a choice of pillows, and an aroma menu. Preferred bookings for golf, tennis, and other activities. Pool or garden view (JLZ).

The Level Junior Suite Tropical Palms

Sports included

Tennis (training lessons and floodlights for a fee), basketball, non-motorized water sports such as: kayak, canoe, windsurfing, and water skiing.

Sports for a fee

Motorized water sports through local providers, tennis with floodlights, golf cart (mandatory). Discounted green fees at the nearby Cocotal Golf & Country Club. The green fee includes a shared golf cart, practice balls for the driving range, tees, and drinks (water, soft drinks, and beer) during the golf round. Guests of Meliá hotels benefit from reduced green fee rates from USD 83 per person (seasonal and depending on the tee time). Round-trip transfers to the golf course are included for guests of Meliá hotels. Taylormade rental clubs are available for a fee. Non-playing companions can participate for a fee. Storage of golf equipment at the clubhouse is also possible for a fee.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, there may be an increased appearance of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which causes a slight background noise.
