Equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms but more spacious, with an additional private lounge for check-in and check-out, exclusive transport to the private beach, access to two exclusive Riviera restaurants, an exclusive pool with sun terrace and Balinese beds, an exclusive beach area, exclusive access to the water park one hour before regular opening, turndown service, lounge with sofa bed, bathrobes and slippers, pillow menu, and aroma menu. Preferred bookings for golf, tennis, and other activities. Pool or garden view (JLZ).

The Level Junior Suite Tropical Palms

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no additional beds are placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

The HOKKAIDO restaurant remains an exclusive gastronomic benefit for "The Level" guests.

Sports included

Tennis (training sessions and floodlights for a fee), basketball, non-motorized water sports such as: kayak, canoe, windsurfing, and water skiing.

Sports for a fee

Motorized water sports through local providers, tennis with floodlights, golf cart (mandatory). Discounted green fees at the nearby Cocotal Golf & Country Club. The green fee includes a shared golf cart, practice balls for the driving range, tees, and drinks (water, soft drinks, and beer) during the golf round. Guests of the Meliá hotels benefit from reduced green fee rates starting from USD 83 per person (seasonal and depending on the tee time). Round-trip transfer to the golf course is included for Meliá hotel guests. Taylormade rental clubs are available for a fee. Non-playing companions can participate for a fee. Storage of golf equipment at the clubhouse is also possible for a fee.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is common in the Caribbean during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This, however, requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise level.
