The extensive complex is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, directly adjacent to the boulevard of Lopesan Costa Bavaro. Approximately 300 meters away is Bavaro Beach. Punta Cana Airport is about 18 km away, and La Romana Airport is about 80 km away.

Built in 2026 in Caribbean style, the hotel is located in the midst of a beautiful tropical garden and features 552 rooms spread across a six-story building, accessible by elevator. For cooling off, there are five swimming pools and a separate children's pool, as well as a water park. For well-being, there is a spa area, a beauty salon, a library/reading area, a theater, a discotheque, a casino, eight bars, six à la carte restaurants (Japanese, Indian, Mexican, Italian, Thai), a buffet restaurant, the boulevard with leisure activities and three restaurants, a sports bar, coffee shop, Baco Wine Cellar (for a fee) & shop, English pub, and an ice cream parlor. Sun loungers and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

The Resort Junior Suite features air conditioning, a toilet/bath with a walk-in shower, safe and minibar, Smart TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, alarm clock, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a furnished balcony with a tropical view. King rooms offer a king-size bed and a sofa bed (RJK), and Queen rooms offer two queen-size beds (RJQ).

With the same amenities, the Resort Junior Suite Waterpark View offers a view of the water park. King rooms offer a king-size bed and a sofa bed (RJW), and Queen rooms offer two queen-size beds (RSQ).

Resort Junior Suite Swim Up King/Queen

With the same amenities, the Resort Junior Suite Swim Up rooms offer a terrace with access to the pool (not a private pool). King rooms offer a king-size bed and a sofa bed (JSO), and Queen rooms offer two queen-size beds (JSU).

With the same amenities, the Resort One Bedroom Suite King features a king-size bed, sofa bed, and an additional living room (RSK).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!
