The 5-star resort has 270 suites, a total of 5 restaurants including a buffet and 4 à la carte restaurants, three bars and a snack bar, two discotheques (one at the Caribe and one at Tropical Princess), a hairdresser, various shops, and a spa. The unusually designed swimming pool area includes a swim-up bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge. Towels are also provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.35 x 2m). For 2 adults + 1/2 children / 3 adults occupancy, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased amount of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause some noise.
