The 5-star resort features 270 suites, a total of 5 restaurants including a buffet and 4 à-la-carte restaurants, three bars and a snack bar, two discotheques (one at the Caribe and one at the Tropical Princess), a hairdresser, various shops, and a spa. The unusually designed swimming pool landscape includes a swim-up bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge. Pool and beach towels are also provided free of charge.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seagrass and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded then. The beach and the sea may be affected by this. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. For this, however, the use of appropriate machinery is necessary, which generates a slight noise level.
