The 5-star resort features 270 suites, a total of 5 restaurants including a buffet and 4 à-la-carte restaurants, three bars and a snack bar, two discotheques (one at the Caribe and one at the Tropical Princess), a hairdresser, various shops, and a spa. The uniquely designed swimming pool landscape includes a swim-up bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available to you free of charge. Towels are also provided at the pool and beach free of charge.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.35 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room; this means occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this time. The beach and the sea are affected by this. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate equipment, which creates a slight background noise.
