The 5-star resort has 270 suites, a total of 5 restaurants, including a buffet and 4 à la carte restaurants, three bars and a snack bar, two discotheques (one in the Caribe and one Tropical Princess), a hairdresser, various shops and a spa. The unusually designed swimming pool landscape includes a swim-up bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge. Towels are also available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.35 x 2m). If occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Season Note

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is often recorded in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the local authorities. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
