This tastefully designed holiday resort, built in Caribbean style, is situated amidst a beautiful tropical garden with an elegant lobby and reception. There is also an extensive pool landscape consisting of 7 freshwater pools (one pool exclusive for UNIQUE guests and one pool exclusive for Adults Only guests) including the infinity pool, sun/sitting terrace, loungers, and pool bar. "The Boulevard" forms the attractive center for entertainment and is an exclusive area with leisure and shopping facilities, themed restaurants, a casino, and a disco. Additionally, an amphitheater with a capacity of 790 people provides a unique holiday experience. You can also spend time in the water park, which guarantees fun for all ages. Further facilities include 12 restaurants, including 7 à la carte (Adults Only Steakhouse, Asian, Mexican, Italian, French, Mediterranean, American), 2 buffet restaurants, two hotel-owned beach clubs (1 exclusive for UNIQUE guests), a fast-food restaurant opposite the water park, and 17 bars.

The rooms are located in a prime location near the beach and feature Tropical View. They are equipped with a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, 50-inch satellite TV, telephone, safe, coffee maker, minibar, iron/ironing board, bathrobes, slippers, and a balcony or terrace. Pool View or Ocean View (partial sea view) can be booked at an additional charge.

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites preferred location, these rooms may also be located in other parts of the hotel complex. The rooms have a balcony with a garden view.

Junior Suite Swim Out (PUJ933)

The rooms have Tropical/Pool View and are equipped with a king-size bed and a sofa bed or two queen-size beds, shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, 50-inch satellite TV, telephone, safe, coffee maker, minibar, bathrobes, slippers, and a terrace with direct access to the pool.

Unique Junior Suite Tropical (PUJ933)

Equipped like the Junior Suite and additionally with access to the private "UNIQUE at Lopesan Costa Bavaro" area, where services such as a private beach club with restaurant (including waiter service on the beach) can be used. Ocean View (partial sea view) or Swim Out can also be booked at an additional charge.

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). When occupied by 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Further rooms can be booked under hotel codes PUJ833 and PUJ933. Wearing a bracelet is necessary to use the All-Inclusive services. In cases of low hotel occupancy, there may be exceptional restrictions on restaurant opening hours. Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants (no swimwear; long trousers and shirt in the French à la carte restaurant).
In the Dominican Republic, sinks or bathtubs/jacuzzis may be openly integrated into the general living area of the hotel room without a separate enclosure. Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean during this period. The beach and sea are affected by this. Hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause some noise.
