The generously designed, sprawling complex, with 860 rooms in 2-3 story buildings, features a large lobby with reception, various shops, a bar, and an internet corner. In the tropical garden area, you'll find the main pool, plus another on the terrace, with sun loungers and umbrellas. An additional pool is located near the beach. For dining, there are a total of 11 restaurants (including 7 à la carte restaurants and 2 snack bars), 10 bars, and a beach club with a restaurant and bar on the beach. Further facilities include a disco, a beauty and massage salon, and an amphitheater.

A wristband is required to use the All Inclusive services. In cases of low hotel occupancy, there may be occasional restrictions on restaurant opening hours (excluding the main restaurant).

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, there may be an increased presence of seaweed and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, brown algae are often found more frequently in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise.
