The generously designed, spacious complex, with 860 rooms in 2-3-story buildings, has a large lobby with reception, various shops, a bar and an internet corner. In the tropical garden area is the large main pool, plus there is one on the terrace, sun loungers and umbrellas. Another pool is located near the beach. A total of 11 restaurants (including 7 à la carte restaurants and 2 snack bars), 10 bars, as well as the beach club with restaurant and bar on the beach cater for your culinary well-being. Further facilities include a disco, a beauty and massage salon, and an amphitheater.

Wearing a wristband is necessary to use the All Inclusive services. If the hotel occupancy is low, there may be restrictions on the opening hours of the restaurants (main restaurant excluded) in exceptional cases.

Seasonal Note

For stays between April and December, an increased occurrence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
