Facilities include a friendly reception area, various restaurants with culinary delights from Asian, Italian, international, or Mexican cuisine, as well as a variety of bars offering refreshments and snacks. Stroll through a souvenir shop, a small row of shops with a mini-market, boutique, jeweler, and hairdresser.
The spacious garden complex features several pools, a children's pool with slides, and a generously designed water park. The family rooms have the same amenities, are approx. 45 m² in size, and feature a separate bedroom and a room with bunk beds. Also bookable in the Diamond Club™ area. The junior suite has the same amenities as the Luxury Room, is larger, and additionally features a Jacuzzi. Luxury Presidential Jacuzzi One Bed Room Suite Diamond Club

The suite has the same amenities as the Luxury Room, is approx. 75 m² in size, and additionally features a living area and a separate bedroom with a Jacuzzi. In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). If the occupancy is 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates a slight background noise.
