Facilities include a friendly reception area, various restaurants with culinary delights from Asian, Italian, International, or Mexican cuisine, as well as a variety of bars offering refreshments and snacks. In the spacious garden area, there are several pools, a children's pool with slides, and a generously designed water park. The family rooms have the same amenities, are approx. 45 sqm in size, and feature a separate bedroom as well as a room with bunk beds. Also bookable in the Diamond Club™ area. The Junior Suite has the same amenities as the Luxury Room, is larger, and additionally features a jacuzzi. The Suite has the same amenities as the Luxury Room, is approx. 75 sqm in size, and additionally features a living area and a separate bedroom with a jacuzzi. Seasonal information

Between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, there is often an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean. The beach and sea are affected by this. Hotel management and local authorities are of course making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can cause some noise.
