Veranda cabin

The veranda cabins offer a feeling of freedom right outside your cabin door. With 16–20 m² of interior space and a spacious outdoor area of 4–16 m², a harmonious mix of living comfort and fresh sea air is created. A private veranda with a hammock, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom with a shower turn this area into a personal favorite spot – ideal for unwinding.

More space for real vacation moments: The Veranda Comfort cabins offer around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. The hammock on the veranda turns the view of the sea into a perfect moment of enjoyment.

Booking for children under 2 years
Booking can only be made on request. Initially, an option without infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 persons incl. baby. Subsequently, a binding request with all required data is sent via email. If no option is available, a booking request via email is recommended.

The 5-star Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus hotel is located in the small town of Bayahibe, directly on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, close to the beach. The hotel is approx. 18 km from La Romana airport.

The double rooms are approx. 37 m² in size and feature a bath/WC, TV, air conditioning, minibar, bathrobe and slippers, tea/coffee maker, safe, iron, king-size or double bed, and a balcony (PR1/PR2/PPR/SPR). Also bookable as Premium Tropical View (PTZ).

Double room Near Pool

Feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are in a preferred location. Also offer bathrobes in the room (NPS).

Junior suite

Feature the same amenities as the Superior double rooms but are more spacious with a garden or pool view and a balcony, as well as concierge service (JS2).

DZ Premium Superior Near Pool

Feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Are completely renovated, offer a bathrobe, sound system, and daily turn-down service (DZY).

Junior suite Near Beach

The Junior suite is 43 m² in size and has the same amenities as the Junior suite with a king-size bed and is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. In addition, daily turn-down service and concierge service are offered, as well as a sound system, bathrobe, and beach towels in the room (JB2/JNB/JNE).

Family room

Consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (DF2).

Note

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two double beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room; this means occupancy: 2 persons per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Suite Ocean Front (PUJ392I)

The approx. 52 m² large suites offer a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping area with seating, and a bathroom with shower/WC. Furthermore, it features a hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, and balcony (O2F/O1F).

With approx. 82 m², they extend over two floors and offer plenty of space. They are located on the top floors and are only bookable for guests aged 18 and over. Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is frequently recorded. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and the local authorities are, of course, striving to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which causes a slight level of noise.
