Veranda cabin

Veranda cabins offer a feeling of freedom right outside the cabin door. With 16–20 m² of interior space and a generous exterior area of 4–16 m², a harmonious mix of living comfort and fresh sea air is created. A private veranda with hammock, flexible sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom with shower turn this area into a personal favorite spot – ideal for unwinding.

You can choose between Veranda Comfort, Balcony, Ocean View, or Inside Cabin. The exact cabin and deck allocation is carried out by AIDA Cruises. This can also include accessible cabins, cabins with twin beds, obstructed views, or connecting doors. Special cabin requests cannot be taken into account; subsequent rebookings or changes are excluded.

Booking children under 2 years
The booking can only be made on request. Initially, an option without infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 people incl. baby. Subsequently, a binding inquiry with all required data is sent by email. If no option is available, a booking request via email is recommended.

The 5-star hotel Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus is located in the small town of Bayahibe, directly on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic near the beach. The hotel is approx. 18 km from La Romana airport.

The luxurious hotel has 526 rooms, nestled in a breathtaking natural landscape. Within the complex, there are 3 pools for you (whirlpool, main pool, and sports pool), 1 playground, a large garden area, and a tennis court. Double room Near Pool

Feature the same equipment as the double rooms but are located in a preferred position. Also offer bathrobes in the room (NPS).

Junior suite

Feature the same equipment as the Superior double rooms but are more spacious with garden or pool view and a balcony, as well as concierge service (JS2).

DZ Premium Superior Near Pool

Feature the same equipment as the double rooms but are located in immediate beach proximity. Are completely renovated, offer a bathrobe, sound system, and daily turn-down service (DZY).

Junior suite Near Beach

The junior suite is 43 m² in size and features the same equipment as the junior suite with a king-size bed and is located in immediate beach proximity. In addition, a daily turn-down service and concierge service, as well as a sound system, bathrobe, and beach towels are offered in the room (JB2/JNB/JNE).

Family room

Consist of two double rooms with connecting door (DF2). Also bookable as Superior family room, completely renovated and located in building 3 (ZSF).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two double beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room; this means occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Suite Ocean Front (PUJ392I)

The approx. 52 m² large suites offer a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping area with seating options, and a bathroom with shower/WC. Furthermore, it features a hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, and balcony (O2F/O1F).

Spanning approx. 82 m² across two floors, they offer plenty of space. They are located on the top floors and are only bookable for guests aged 18 and over. Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is often recorded in the Caribbean during this time. The beach and the sea are affected by this. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which emits a slight noise level.
