The resort is located in the Playa Bávaro region and borders directly on the boulevard of Lopesan Costa Bavaro. Arrival is conveniently via Punta Cana International Airport, which is only about 18 km away. La Romana Airport is about 50 km away. A bus stop is only 1 km away.

The adults-only hotel, opened in 2026, is situated in a tropical garden area of approximately 110,000 m² in Punta Cana, about 700 m from the beach. The 239 rooms are located in a five-story main building and are accessible by elevators. For relaxation, there is a large pool landscape with a lagoon pool, several "cenote" pools, an adults-only pool with a bar, and the "Splash Island" water park with a wave pool and slides. Sun loungers and beach towels are included by the pool and at the beach. For culinary enjoyment, there is a buffet restaurant and numerous à la carte restaurants offering Brazilian, Nikkei, Indian, Mexican, Italian, and Thai cuisine. These elegant junior suites offer a tropical view of the resort's lush garden landscape in a comfortable 55 m². The bathroom features toiletries, a bathtub/shower, and a separate walk-in shower. The exquisite Swim-Up Suites are slightly larger at 57m² and offer direct access to the pool from the extended terrace. Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which may cause a slight noise level.
