Booking children under 2 years
Booking can only be done on request. First, an option without infant is created. Please note: the maximum occupancy in all cabin categories is 4 people including baby. Subsequently, a binding inquiry with all required data is sent via e-mail. If no option is available, a booking request via e-mail is recommended.

Important note:

The resort is located in the Playa Bávaro region and is directly adjacent to the boulevard of Lopesan Costa Bavaro. Arrival is convenient via Punta Cana International Airport, which is only about 18 km away. The airport of La Romana is about 50 km away. A bus stop is just 1 km away.

Opened in 2026, the adults-only hotel is situated in an approximately 110,000 m² tropical garden landscape in Punta Cana, about 700 m from the beach. The 239 rooms are located in a five-story main building and are accessible by elevator. For recreation, a large pool landscape with lagoon pool, several "Cenote" pools, an adults-only pool with bar, as well as the "Splash Island" water park with wave pool and slides are available. Sun loungers and beach towels are included at the pool and beach. For dining, there is a buffet restaurant and numerous à-la-carte restaurants with Brazilian, Nikkei, Indian, Mexican, Italian, and Thai cuisine. The "Boulevard" also offers 1 additional à-la-carte restaurant, a snack bar, a sports bar, a coffee shop, the Baco Wine Cellar (for a fee), an English pub, and an ice cream parlor, as well as leisure activities such as theater, disco, casino, bowling alley, spa, and beauty salon. These elegant junior suites offer a tropical view of the lush garden landscape of the resort on a comfortable 55 m². They are equipped with a luxurious king-size bed, adjustable air conditioning, safe, smart TV, and telephone. A minibar and coffee/tea maker are available for your well-being. The bathroom is pampered with care products, bathtub/shower, and a separate walk-in shower. The amenities are completed by a seating area, iron/ironing board, and a balcony/terrace, with the bathroom also being barrier-free (2JA).

With the same equipment features, these junior suites offer a pool view of the main areas of the complex (JOZ).

Adults JS Swim Up-King

The exquisite swim-up suites are slightly larger at 57 m² and offer direct access to the pool from the extended terrace. Further equipment includes adjustable air conditioning, smart TV and telephone, minibar, and coffee/tea maker. The elegant bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower, a separate walk-in shower, and care products. These are rounded off by a seating area, iron/ironing board, as well as a barrier-free bathroom (2YQ).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds are placed in the room; this means occupancy: 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

Wearing a wristband is necessary to take advantage of the all-inclusive services. In case of low hotel occupancy, there may be restrictions on restaurant opening hours in exceptional cases. Appropriate clothing is requested in the restaurants.
In the Dominican Republic, washbasins or even bathtubs/whirlpools can be integrated openly in the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded then. In this case, the beach and the sea are impaired. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean the affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate equipment is necessary for this, which emits a slight background noise.
