The adults-only Secrets La Romana hotel is located directly on the beach on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic. The fishing village of Bayahibe is about a 10-minute walk away. Punta Cana Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive away.

The luxury resort, designed in typical Caribbean style, offers a total of 356 rooms set amidst extensive tropical gardens lined with palm trees. Amenities include an open-plan lobby with a reception, a souvenir shop, and various shopping facilities. Five restaurants cater to your culinary needs, including beachside grill specialties and a poolside pizzeria. The luxurious hotel also features five bars, four pickleball courts, and two tennis courts. The stunning outdoor area boasts a sprawling pool landscape with two pools, a swim-up bar, and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased presence of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period, affecting the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of special equipment, which may generate some noise.
