Location

Approximately one hour from Punta Cana Airport, the resort is located directly on the beach in the east of the Dominican Republic. Nearby is the "Los Haitises National Park" and the famous Saona Island. Punta Cana Airport is about a 45-minute drive away.

The 353 rooms are spread across several two-story buildings, nestled within tropical vegetation. The entire resort has a Caribbean flair, combined with a relaxed club atmosphere and good gastronomy. The resort features a reception, a buffet restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants (reservations required via QR code), a pizzeria, a crêpe bar, and 1 à la carte restaurant exclusively for Privilege guests (reservations required), 4 bars (including pool/snackbar, beach bar), a crêperie and a bar with fresh juices on the beach, an amphitheater, internet service, a large freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace, and a water sports station. Privilege guests also have access to a tapas bar and a private beach area.

The rooms are equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), ceiling fan, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (incl.), safe (incl.), refrigerator, balcony or terrace. Additionally, they feature an LCD TV, minibar, 10% discount on massages or any spa treatment (reservations required), 20% discount on lobster dishes on the beach, and a nicely furnished terrace (C2/C1).

In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). If booked for 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if rollaway beds are listed on the confirmation!

Note

A bracelet is required to use the All-Inclusive services. The hotel is frequented by many Italian guests, therefore Spanish, Italian, and English are primarily spoken. In cases of low hotel occupancy, there may be temporary restrictions on restaurant opening hours (except for the main restaurant).
In the Dominican Republic, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the main living area of the hotel room without a separate partition.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may be observed due to wind, temperature, and currents. Specifically, an increased presence of brown algae is often noted in the Caribbean during this period, which can affect the beach and sea. The hotel management and local authorities are diligently working to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal authorities. However, this requires the use of equipment, which may generate some noise.
