Location

Located about an hour from Punta Cana Airport, the resort is situated directly on the beach in the east of the Dominican Republic. The "National Park of the East" and the famous Saona Island are nearby. Punta Cana Airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car.

The 353 rooms are spread across several two-story buildings and are nestled in tropical vegetation. The entire resort has a Caribbean flair, combined with a casual club atmosphere and good gastronomy. The resort features a reception, a buffet restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants (reservation required via QR code), pizzeria, crepe bar, and 1 à la carte restaurant exclusively for Privileged guests (reservation required), 4 bars (including pool/snack bar, beach), as well as a creperie and a fresh juice bar on the beach, amphitheater, internet service, a large freshwater swimming pool with sun terrace, and a water sports station. Privileged guests also have access to a tapas bar and a private beach area.

Wearing a wristband is necessary to utilize the All-Inclusive services. The hotel is visited by many Italian guests; consequently, the hotel staff mainly speaks Spanish, Italian, and English. In cases of low hotel occupancy, there may be exceptional restrictions on restaurant opening times (excluding the main restaurant).

Zusatzhinweis

In the Dominican Republic, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly without spatial separation in the general living area of the hotel room.

Seasonal information

During a stay between April and December, there may be an increased occurrence of seagrass and algae due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often recorded. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. This requires the use of appropriate machinery, which may cause a slight noise level.
