Location

Located about an hour from Punta Cana airport, the resort is situated directly on the beach in the east of the Dominican Republic. The "National Park of the East" and the famous Saona Island are nearby. Punta Cana airport is approximately a 45-minute drive away.

The 353 rooms are spread across several two-story buildings nestled in tropical vegetation. The entire resort has a Caribbean flair combined with a casual club atmosphere and good gastronomy. The resort features a reception, a buffet restaurant, 3 à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required via QR code), a pizzeria, a crepe bar, 1 à-la-carte restaurant exclusively for Privileged guests (reservation required), 4 bars (including pool/snack bar, beach), as well as a creperie and a bar serving fresh juices on the beach, an amphitheater, internet service, a large freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace, and a water sports station. Privileged guests also have access to a tapas bar and a private beach area.

The rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), ceiling fan, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (incl.), safe (incl.), refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace. Additionally, they feature an LCD TV, minibar, 10% discount on massages or any treatment in the spa (reservation required), 20% discount on lobster dishes at the beach, and a beautifully furnished terrace (C2/C1).

Wearing a wristband is necessary to utilize the All-Inclusive services. The hotel is frequently visited by Italian guests; therefore, Spanish, Italian, and English are primarily spoken in the hotel. In exceptional cases of low occupancy, there may be restrictions on the opening hours of the restaurants (main restaurant excluded).

In the Dominican Republic, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased occurrences of seagrass and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae in the Caribbean is common during this time. This can affect the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, striving to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, the use of appropriate machinery is required for this, which may cause a slight noise level.
