The hotel, designed in Caribbean and Victorian style, with a total of 506 rooms and suites, offers its guests a lobby with reception, a beautiful pool and garden area with 2 pools with pool bar and an integrated children's pool, a floodlit tennis court, a fitness center with sauna, a beauty salon, conference rooms (capacity 200 people), a buffet restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants (fish and grill, Italian, Caribbean) and several bars. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

In the Dominican Republic, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly without spatial separation in the general living area of the hotel room.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, increased brown algae are often found in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are of course endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with local administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight background noise.
