The hotel is located approximately 150 meters from the hotel's own sandy beach. Manavgat, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is about 5 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

The hotel features a main building with three elevators, approximately 8,000 m², and 213 rooms spread over seven floors. Various amenities include an impressive lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas, a lobby bar, an à la carte restaurant (free of charge once per stay for bookings of at least seven days, with advance reservation), a patisserie, and bars. Additionally, a hairdresser, various shops, and a conference room are available for an extra charge. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. The attractively designed outdoor area features a main pool, sun terraces, and a pool bar; the indoor area includes an indoor pool, which is heated depending on weather conditions. Here and at the beach in summer, sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included for guests.

Double room

The modern rooms, approximately 31 m², feature a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent, and operational at certain hours), tea/coffee setup, Wi-Fi (free of charge), minibar, LCD TV, safe, laminate flooring, land view, and a balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with pool view (PD), side sea view (DMS), or sea view (DM) can be booked for an extra charge. Double rooms for single use (DE/PDE/DES/DEM) are also available.

Offering the same amenities, these rooms consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, covering approximately 33 m² with a direct sea view and a terrace (DD2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late-riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, an ice cream hour at the patisserie, and a mini-midnight buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and beer. The area where the hotel beach is located is an archaeological zone where the construction of a bar or restaurant is not possible; therefore, drinks at the beach are served by the hotel staff.
