The hotel is separated from the hotel's own sandy beach by about 150 meters. Manavgat, with many shopping and entertainment opportunities, is about 5 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available nearby.

The hotel has a main building with three elevators, approximately 8,000 m², and 213 rooms on seven floors. Amenities include an impressive lobby with a reception area and cozy seating areas, lobby bar, an à la carte restaurant (free once with advance reservation for stays of at least seven nights), patisserie, and bars. A hairdresser, various shops, and a conference room are also available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the facility. The attractively designed outdoor area features a main pool, sun terraces, and pool bar; the indoor area has a heated indoor pool, weather permitting. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for guests here and on the beach in summer.

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms, approx. 31 m², have a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operated according to weather and hourly), tea/coffee setup, Wi-Fi (free), minibar, LCD TV, safe, laminate flooring, land view, and balcony or terrace (D). Rooms with pool view (PD), side sea view (DMS), or sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional cost. DZ=EZ for single use (DE/PDE/DES/DEM).

Deluxe Double Room

These rooms, with an otherwise identical room configuration, feature a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, are approx. 33 m², and have direct sea view and a terrace (DD2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser breakfast, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and scoop ice cream hour at the patisserie, as well as a mini late-night buffet. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and beer. The area where the hotel beach is located is an archaeological site where building a bar or restaurant is not possible, therefore drinks are served on the beach by the hotel.
