The newly built complex is located near Evrenseki, 90 m from the gently sloping sandy beach. The lively center of Side is about 6 km away, and Manavgat is about 8 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are located near the hotel.

This mid-range hotel has a total of 130 rooms spread across a four-story hotel building with an elevator and offers a modern reception area (free Wi-Fi) with a seating area, lobby bar, a satellite TV lounge, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants, and a small indoor pool (open in the winter season). There are also various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). In the well-kept garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace. A beach bar is also available on the beach. A restaurant for lunch on the beach (from May 1st to November 1st, hourly). Sun loungers, cushions, and bath towels are included on the beach with sunshades and by the pool with umbrellas.
