The newly built complex is located near Evrenseki, 90 m from the gently sloping sandy beach. The lively resort center of Side is about 6 km away, and Manavgat is about 8 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel.

This mid-range hotel has a total of 130 rooms spread across a four-story hotel building with an elevator. It offers a modern reception hall (Wi-Fi included) with reception and seating areas, a lobby bar, a satellite TV/lounge room, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants, and a small indoor pool (open during the winter season). There are also various shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). In the well-maintained garden area, you will find the freshwater swimming pool and sun terrace. A beach bar is also available on the beach. A restaurant for lunch is available on the beach (from May 1 to November 1, on an hourly basis). Sunshades on the beach and umbrellas by the pool are provided with loungers, mattresses, and bath towels included.
