Location

The hotel is located approx. 500 m from the famous ancient city of Side and 150 m from the sea. At this beautiful beach, which is at most a 3-minute walk away, the coast is sandy and the sea is shallow and calm. Swimming at the public beach is free of charge.

The small complex features a total of 44 rooms distributed across two main buildings with two floors each and three annexes with one floor each. Facilities include a lobby area with a reception and seating area, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby and restaurant area. In the inner courtyard, there is a small freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, cushions, and sunshades are included for our guests here, while they are available for a fee at the beach.

The practically furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, rental safe, satellite TV, tiled floor, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE).

Family room

With the same features as the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds at the hotelier's discretion) with a connecting door. The air conditioning is only in one room and they offer a shower/WC (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:30 am–11:00 pm at the bar currently open.
