Location

The hotel is approx. 500 m from the famous ancient city of Side and 150 m from the sea. The coast at this beautiful beach, which is no more than a 3-minute walk away, is sandy and the sea is shallow and calm. The beach, which is open to the public, offers free swimming.

The small complex offers a total of 44 rooms spread across two main buildings, each with two floors, and three annex buildings, each with one floor. Facilities include a reception area with a seating area, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby and restaurant areas. In the inner courtyard, there is a small freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are included for our guests here, while at the beach they are available for a fee.

The practically furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, rental safe, satellite TV, tiled floor, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of two separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds at the hotel's discretion) with a connecting door. The air conditioning is only in one room and they offer a shower/WC (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:30 AM to 11 PM at the bar that is open at the time.
