The holiday hotel is located approximately 200 meters from the long, gently sloping sandy beach of Side. The town center with shops, restaurants, and ancient sights is only about 1.5 km away, for example, a walk along the beach promenade. Public minibus and taxi services are available.

Summer:
The holiday accommodation comprises a total of 228 rooms spread across a five-story main building and a four-story annex (both with elevators). Hotel facilities include a tastefully designed reception area with a lobby bar and seating areas, Wi-Fi up to 6 MB is included in the hotel area, an LCD satellite TV corner, the buffet restaurant, various specialty restaurants (included once per stay with prior reservation and subject to availability), various bars, a conference room, a health club, and in winter an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated seasonally). Various shops, a mini-market, a hairdresser, and a game hall with an internet café are available for a fee. The well-maintained outdoor area features a beautifully landscaped freshwater activity swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as another pool with two water slides (operating hours/weather permitting, 12.4.-31.10.), a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun umbrellas, beach towels, and sun loungers are available free of charge for our guests at the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar, 12.4.-31.10.).
Winter:
- The indoor pool with a separate children's pool will be heated from November 1st.
- Sun loungers on the sun terrace are free, and the first bath towel is also free.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available once per stay with prior reservation and subject to availability.
- The minibar is stocked with still water only.
- Daytime soft animation.

Double Room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV with music channel, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee, direct dial telephone, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single occupancy (DE).

With otherwise identical furnishings and size as the double rooms, these rooms feature a bunk bed for two children (D2X).

Family Room

With otherwise identical furnishings as the double rooms, these rooms feature an additional bedroom with a connecting door and are located in the annex building (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as buffets, late riser's breakfast, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour in summer. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars and in the disco between 10 AM and midnight. The minibar is stocked with water upon arrival and, in summer, also with mineral water, soft drinks, and beer, which are replenished daily as needed. In summer, the beach bar is open from 10 AM to 6 PM. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
