The holiday hotel is located approximately 200 m from the long, gently sloping sandy beach of Side. The town centre with shops, restaurants, and ancient sights is only about 1.5 km away, for example, a walk along the beach promenade. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Summer:
The holiday accommodation comprises a total of 212 rooms, spread across a five-storey main building and a four-storey annexe (both with lifts). Hotel facilities include a tastefully designed reception area with a reception desk, lobby bar and seating areas, Wi-Fi in the hotel area up to 6 MB, an LCD satellite TV corner, the buffet restaurant, three specialty restaurants (with a minimum stay of 7 nights, subject to availability and reservation, each restaurant is included once, a second visit is charged), various bars, a conference room, a health club, and in winter an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (heated seasonally). Various shops, a mini-market, a hairdresser, and a game hall with an internet café are available for a fee. The well-maintained outdoor area features a beautifully landscaped freshwater activity pool with a separate children's pool, as well as another pool with two water slides (operates at specific hours/weather permitting from April 12 to October 31), a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Umbrellas, bath towels, and sun loungers are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar from April 12 to October 31).
Winter:
- The indoor pool with a separate children's pool is heated in November and March.
- Sun loungers and beach towels are available free of charge on the sun terrace.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available per stay with reservation and subject to availability.
- The minibar is stocked with still water only.
- Daytime soft animation.

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV with music channel, minibar, kettle with tea/coffee, direct dial telephone, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea and cakes, ice cream hour in summer. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars in service and in the disco between 10 am and midnight. The minibar is stocked with water upon arrival and, in summer, also with mineral water, soft drinks, and beer, which are replenished daily as needed. In summer, the beach bar is open from 10 am to 6 pm. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
