The holiday hotel is located approx. 200 m from the long, gently sloping sandy beach of Side. The town center with shops, restaurants, and ancient attractions is only about 1.5 km away, for example via a stroll along the beach promenade. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

Summer:
The holiday home has a total of 212 rooms, spread over a five-story main building and a four-story annex (each with an elevator). Hotel facilities include a tastefully designed reception area with a front desk, lobby bar, and seating areas, Wi-Fi in the hotel area up to 6 MB, an LCD satellite TV corner, the buffet restaurant, three specialty restaurants (each restaurant is included once per stay for stays of at least 7 nights, subject to availability and reservation; second visits are subject to a fee), various bars, conference room, health club, and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool in winter (heated seasonally). Various shops, a mini-market, hairdresser, and game hall with internet café are all available for a fee. The well-maintained outdoor grounds feature an attractively landscaped activity freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as another pool with two water slides (hourly/weather permitting 12.4.-31.10.), a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun umbrellas, bath towels, and sun loungers are available to our guests free of charge at the pool and on the beach (with beach/snack bar 12.4.-31.10.).
Winter:
- Indoor pool with separate children's pool is heated in November and March.
- Sun loungers and beach towels are free of charge on the sun terrace.
- Only one à la carte restaurant is available once per stay with reservation and subject to availability.
- The minibar is stocked only with still water.
- Light daytime animation.

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main building and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), satellite TV with music channel, minibar, electric kettle with tea/coffee, direct-dial telephone, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE).

With otherwise the same amenities and size as the double rooms, these feature a sofa bed for two children (D2X).

Family room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these feature an additional bedroom with a connecting door and are located in the main building (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late riser breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour in summer. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the respective open bars and in the disco between 10 a.m. and midnight. The minibar is stocked with water upon arrival and in summer is also stocked with mineral water, soft drinks, and beer; this is replenished daily if required. In summer, the beach bar is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
